First Officer - A320

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Captain in all flight operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulations.
- Continuously monitor aircraft position, terrain, and weather for safe navigation.
- Provide effective communication and decision-making support to the Captain.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, conduct, and appearance.
- Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation, following company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet either Criteria A or Criteria B, in addition to the General Eligibility criteria:
Criteria A
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time.
- Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA.
- Minimum 500 hours on type (A320 family).
Criteria B
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flying time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 family aircraft.
General Eligibility
- Flown any A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months.
- Valid A320 type rating for at least 2 months from the joining date.
- Unrestricted ATPL or valid frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state.
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Must be under the age of 50 at the time of joining.
- English language proficiency (written and verbal) - ICAO Level 4 or higher.
