About the Role
The Pilot is responsible for operating assigned aircraft from one destination to another, adhering strictly to schedules and approved flight plans. The primary focus is on ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of passengers during all flights. This role requires compliance with the airline's Operations Manual and civil aviation authority regulations, effective crew communication and briefing, and diligent management of aircraft technical status and documentation.
Requirements

Minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience.

Preference for Airbus A320 experience.

Experience with low-cost airlines is highly desirable.

Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures.

Knowledge and exposure to handle security or safety-related roles as required by the airline and civil aviation authority regulations.

Exposure to Quality Assurance, Safety, Security, and Audit procedures and practices related to Flight Operations.

Capability to implement policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.

Ability to perform in a changing environment with heavy workload schedules and ad-hoc scenarios.

Qualifications

An appropriate ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) is mandatory.

Successful completion of the airline's and civil aviation authority's technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots.

Successful completion of the medical fitness check-up for Pilots as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.

Formal qualification in safety and emergency response is advantageous.

Basic training in airport, security procedures, and regulations is advantageous.

Crew Resource Management Training is considered an advantage.

Familiarity with IATA principles and standards relating to security is advantageous.

Proficiency in aircraft systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
