DC Aviation Al Futtaim, a leading business aviation operator based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Captain for its Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) operations. This role is based at Al-Maktoum International Airport (DWC).
The Captain will hold final authority over aircraft control, ensuring the safety and order of the aircraft, its load, and persons on board. Key responsibilities include organizing the flight deck team, ensuring compliance with checklists, prioritizing safety while considering efficiency and passenger comfort, and conducting comprehensive flight and weather briefings. The Captain will also verify flight and duty time limitations, confirm the presence and validity of required documents, sign for airworthiness and maintenance requirements, and report any findings or irregularities. A duty of care for the crew and promoting the reputation of DC Aviation Al Futtaim are also integral aspects of this position. The Captain has the authority to exclude persons and items from transportation and delegate tasks to the cockpit and cabin crew, adhering to operational duties as outlined in the OM-A and OM-B.
