  • Dubai, UAE (DWC)
  • Malé, Maldives (MLE)
  • Bahrain (BAH)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout all phases of flight.
  • Collaborate on flight route planning, accounting for weather conditions, fuel requirements, and air traffic control directives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, including flight operation manuals, company checklists, and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight checks and briefings, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and current.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed flight plans, incorporating aircraft performance and meteorological data.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Captain and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL credits.
  • Current A320 family type rating, with the last date of flight occurring within the previous 3 months.
  • Possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (Level 5 preferred).
  • Minimum of 500 hours of total flight time on the A320 family of aircraft.

Benefits and Contractual Information

  • Contract: 24-month renewable agreement.
  • Roster Pattern: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive international medical insurance and Loss of Licence insurance provided.
  • Travel Benefits: Staff travel benefits, including ID50 and ID90 tickets for employees and eligible family members.
  • Note: Package details for the Bahrain (BAH) base are currently in development and will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
  • Note: Estimated packages are based on 450 hours of productivity. Travel benefits represent an estimated monthly equivalent; actual entitlements vary based on operating base and home location.
