About the Role
An airline seeks a highly capable pilot to conduct assigned flights in accordance with operational manuals and civil aviation authority regulations. Responsibilities

Conducting assigned aircraft flights from origin to destination according to schedules and flight plans, with paramount focus on safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.

Ensuring all flights adhere to the airline's Operations Manual and relevant regulations.

Maintaining readiness, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights, conducting thorough pre-flight briefings.

Liaising with co-pilots (First Officer/FO, Second Officer) and dispatch teams to ensure crew preparedness and provide essential flight information.

Optimizing fuel efficiency during flights within safety constraints.

Overseeing the completion of necessary safety, security, fuel, and transit checks by flight and cabin crew, directing crew responses to irregularities.

Cooperating with maintenance teams to confirm aircraft airworthiness and address any technical issues.

Ensuring all required flight documents and technical logs are accurately maintained.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations from civil aviation authorities and aircraft manufacturers.

Undertaking additional ground-based tasks as directed, such as Safety Officer or Security Officer.
Requirements

A minimum of 4000 flying hours.

Experience with the Airbus A320 is preferred.

Experience with low-cost airlines is highly desirable.

Acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.

Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures affecting Flight Operations.

Ability to implement policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards.

Capability to perform in a dynamic environment with heavy workloads and ad-hoc scenarios.

Qualifications

Possession of an appropriate ATPL License is mandatory.

Successful completion of technical/psychometric assessments for Pilots.

Successful completion of Medical Fitness checks for Pilots.

Training in safety and emergency response is essential; a formal qualification is advantageous.

Basic Airport, security procedures, and regulations training is advantageous.

Crew Resource Management Training is considered advantageous.

Familiarity with IATA principles and standards relating to security is advantageous.

Proficiency in aircraft systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and presentations.
