The Role
The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe, secure, and efficient operation of flights. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with flight preparation, navigation, and operation while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and company procedures.

Maintaining continuous independent monitoring of aircraft position, terrain, and weather.

Providing clear, proactive communication and support to the Captain to facilitate effective decision-making.

Upholding high standards of personal discipline and professional conduct.

Assuming command of the aircraft in the event of Captain incapacitation in accordance with company protocols.
Requirements
Candidates for the First Officer A320 (Non-Type Rated) position must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flying time.

Minimum of 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit multi-pilot aircraft (defined as aircraft with a Flight Management System coupled to an Autopilot/Flight Director System).

Possession of an unrestricted ATPL or a valid frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state. Holders of a frozen ATPL (CPL) must provide results of the ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Exam and an integrated ATPL course completion certificate.

An unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.

Must not have reached the age of 50 at the time of joining.

English language fluency (written and verbal) at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
