Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-flight briefings, conduct thorough safety checks, and prepare the aircraft for service.
  • Manage onboard supplies, including food, beverages, and other amenities, ensuring adequate stock and appropriate delivery.
  • Process payments and maintain inventory records for restocking purposes.
  • Greet passengers, verify boarding passes, provide clear announcements, and offer assistance with baggage stowage and seating.
  • Conduct mandatory safety demonstrations, educate passengers on emergency equipment, and instruct on exit row seating responsibilities.
  • Monitor cabin compliance with federal regulations during all phases of flight and ensure passenger comfort.
  • Execute safe and efficient cabin preparation for landing in strict adherence to company procedures and federal regulations.
  • Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, providing essential guidance, assistance, and administering first aid as required.
  • Document and submit all necessary flight reports and incident forms accurately.
  • Exhibit courtesy and respect in all interactions with passengers and vendors.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid US Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
  • Availability for a minimum of 18 duty days per month.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Successful completion of drug and alcohol screenings, including a pre-employment DOT drug test and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
  • Possession and maintenance of a personal mobile phone.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous customer service experience is mandatory; hospitality or retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to Canada.
  • Maintain valid travel documents without any impediments to international travel.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform sustained physical activities including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, stretching, and bending for extended periods (up to 14 hours or more).
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for extended periods away from home.
  • Successful completion of initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience is required.
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and conservative personal appearance.
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
