The Flight Attendant Program Manager assumes ownership of an assigned aircraft cabin with a focus on the following areas:

  • Serve as a Flight Attendant on all assigned international and domestic flights.
  • Act as a Program Manager supporting the aircraft cabin management systems data connectivity, In-flight medical services, and vendor management.
  • Provide Financial oversight of aircraft cabin service operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Safety of passengers and crew.
  • Manage the Cabin services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the safe operation of the aircraft. Perform duties in accordance with all standards established by international law, corporate policy, local state and federal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage passenger profiles and catering, being aware of any health or allergy related concerns before serving to mitigate health risk during flights.
  • Manage vendors and contractors that support the Cabin service program to ensure fiscal responsibility and provide seamless operations that result in a positive customer experience.

  • Active participation in industry and project teams that support Company and department initiatives.

  • Manage the annual aircraft business plan and budget, which includes data connectivity services, safety systems, catering and aircraft/commissary inventory stock and supplies.

  • In partnership with the Aircraft Program Manager, prepare the annual aircraft maintenance plan and provide recommendations for aircraft improvements and modifications.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of aircraft cabin service / Flight Attendant experience.
  • Ability to communicate with executives and provide high quality customer service.

Preferred

  • Bachelor or advanced degree.
  • Experience working in a corporate flight department.
  • Inventory Management – Ensure accurate stock and spend on all commissary items for avia-tion trips and commissary inventory control.
