Captain - Global 6000 XRS
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Captain to join our Part 91 operation based in Van Nuys, California. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team operating a Global 6000 XRS, flying approximately 300 to 350 hours annually. While a Global 6000 XRS type rating is preferred, it is not required.
Note: The aircraft is currently based in Milwaukee until Spring 2026. Ideal candidates will reside in a location easily commutable to California (Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, etc.) or the greater Great Lakes Region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and passengers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment within the flight crew.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 3,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours Turbine time.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required.
- Global 6000 XRS Type Rating strongly preferred.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU countries, Canada, and the Caribbean.
- International experience is a strong asset.
- Impeccable safety record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a DOT/FAA drug screening, background check, and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
- Submission of full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including medical, and completion of a disclosure form as part of the application process.
Compensation and Benefits:
Clay Lacy Aviation offers a competitive compensation package of $300,000 - $330,000 per year, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
