Chief Pilot

Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises all flight crew members, providing expert training, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Maintains and rigorously enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the highest standards of safe and efficient flight operations.
- Ensures all flights are conducted in strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry-leading safety standards.
- Participates regularly in flight duties, encompassing both domestic and international operations.
- Coordinates meticulous pilot scheduling, manages duty time limitations, and ensures comprehensive flight readiness.
- Evaluates and mentors pilots, fostering professional growth and ensuring continuous regulatory compliance.
- Assists in managing aviation department expenditures, identifying strategic cost-saving opportunities.
- Supports maintenance oversight, including conducting inspections and audits in close coordination with maintenance personnel and external vendors.
- Maintains all required operational records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of training, flight hours, and certifications.
- Collaborates effectively with leadership to define departmental goals and spearhead safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10,000 total flight hours, including:
- 5,000 hours in turbine aircraft
- 5,000 hours as Pilot in Command
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
- Significant experience in both domestic and international flight operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate aviation experience.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS) programs, and aviation industry best practices.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport.
- Demonstrates a professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt effectively in dynamic operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Type-rated in Challenger 604 aircraft.
