Chief Pilot

Key Responsibilities

Leads and supervises all flight crew members, providing expert training, guidance, and performance oversight.
Maintains and rigorously enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the highest standards of safe and efficient flight operations.
Ensures all flights are conducted in strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry-leading safety standards.
Participates regularly in flight duties, encompassing both domestic and international operations.
Coordinates meticulous pilot scheduling, manages duty time limitations, and ensures comprehensive flight readiness.
Evaluates and mentors pilots, fostering professional growth and ensuring continuous regulatory compliance.
Assists in managing aviation department expenditures, identifying strategic cost-saving opportunities.
Supports maintenance oversight, including conducting inspections and audits in close coordination with maintenance personnel and external vendors.
Maintains all required operational records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of training, flight hours, and certifications.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 10,000 total flight hours, including:
- 5,000 hours in turbine aircraft
- 5,000 hours as Pilot in Command
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
Significant experience in both domestic and international flight operations.
Minimum of 5 years of corporate aviation experience.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS) programs, and aviation industry best practices.
Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport.
Demonstrates a professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to maintain composure and adapt effectively in dynamic operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Type-rated in Challenger 604 aircraft.
