About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises all flight crew members, providing expert training, strategic guidance, and comprehensive performance oversight to ensure peak operational efficiency and adherence to all standards.
- Establishes, maintains, and rigorously enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the safest and most efficient flight operations.
- Ensures unwavering compliance of all flights with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, company policies, and the highest industry safety standards.
- Actively participates in flight duties on a regular basis, encompassing both complex domestic and international operations.
- Manages pilot scheduling, monitors duty time limitations, and coordinates flight readiness to optimize operational flow and crew welfare.
- Evaluates and mentors pilots, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring strict regulatory compliance across the flight team.
- Assists in the diligent management of aviation department expenditures, proactively identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or service quality.
- Supports comprehensive maintenance oversight, including meticulous inspections and audits, in close coordination with maintenance personnel and external vendors.
- Maintains all required operational records with precision, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of training, flight hours, and certifications.
- Collaborates strategically with executive leadership to define departmental goals, advance safety initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
- Champions and promotes a steadfast culture of teamwork, unwavering professionalism, and exceptional customer service throughout the flight department.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10,000 total flight hours is required, including:
- 5,000 hours in turbine aircraft
- 5,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and a Commercial Pilot Certificate is mandatory.
- Type-rated in Challenger 604 is highly preferred.
- Significant and demonstrable experience in both domestic and complex international flight operations.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive corporate aviation experience.
- Proven exemplary leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS) programs, and industry best practices.
- Exhibits a professional, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt seamlessly to dynamic situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Holds a valid, unrestricted passport.

- Frequent travel, up to 75%, including extensive international destinations, is required.
