Flight Instructor – Bremen, Germany
CAE, a global leader in aviation training, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join its Bremen team. This is a permanent, full-time position within a dynamic international team committed to delivering exceptional training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive flight instruction in both aircraft and simulators, encompassing pre- and post-flight briefings.
- Maintain meticulous training records and performance assessments utilizing established systems.
- Actively participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required.
- Deliver theoretical knowledge instruction as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree from a recognized trade or technical school.
- Extensive relevant experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner within a large, professional flight academy.
- Military aviation background preferred.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Valid EASA Part-MED license (first-class privileges).
- Valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (Airplane) with MEP (Land) and associated Instrument Rating.
- EASA PBN approval.
- EASA Flight Instructor (Airplane) rating with at least CPL, Night, ME & IR/ME extensions, or IRI and CRI ratings.
- Minimum flight hours: 1500 Total Time (TTL), 200 IFR (excluding simulator), 500 ME (250 hours on MEP Land airplanes).
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance (ZÜP).
