Flight Instructor - Aviation Training

Overview

This position entails providing comprehensive flight training to students in both aircraft and simulators, encompassing necessary pre- and post-flight briefings. The successful candidate will meticulously maintain training records and grades within a designated system and actively participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required. Additionally, the role may involve fulfilling the responsibilities of a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor.

Qualifications

• A degree from a specialized trade or technical school is required.
• Extensive and demonstrable experience in the aviation industry, ideally as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner, is essential.
• Proven teaching experience within a large, professional flight academy is a significant asset.
• A military aviation background is highly desirable.
• Exceptional English language proficiency is mandatory.
• The following licenses are mandatory:
  • EASA Part-MED license with first-class privileges
  • EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A) with a valid MEP (Land) and associated Instrument Rating (IR)
  • EASA PBN approval
  • EASA Flight Instructor FI (A) rating with at least MEP/IR and Night extensions

Flight Hours Requirements:

• Total Flight Time (TTL): Minimum 1500 hours
• Instrument Flight Rules (IFR): Minimum 500 hours (excluding simulator time)
• Multi-Engine (ME): Minimum 500 hours, with 250 hours on MEP (Land) airplanes

Additional Certifications:

• Flight Instructor Instructor (FI(I))
• Flight Examiner (FE), Class Rating Examiner (CRE), Instrument Rating Examiner (IRE)
