British Airways Euroflyer is seeking experienced Direct Entry Pilots with the skills, energy, experience, and aspirations for Command. As a seasoned First Officer possessing strong leadership capabilities, the successful candidate will be inspired to become a Captain, embodying the highest professional standards within the BA Euroflyer operation. The pathway for Direct Entry Pilots is specifically designed to support and guide individuals towards achieving Captain status at BA Euroflyer within 12 months, subject to vacancy availability and meeting required standards.

Based in Sussex, the flying programme ensures a return to the London Gatwick home base each evening. Flight crew benefit from a fixed pattern roster and a bidding system that promotes a genuine lifestyle balance, allowing for effective planning of time off. The roster allows for preference setting for flying duties (early or late) and includes a popular swap function for exchanging duties with colleagues.

BA Euroflyer will be hosting recruitment roadshows across the UK, including London Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow.
Candidates unsuccessful at the initial screening, video interview, capacity testing, or assessment centre stages may reapply for the pilot recruitment campaign after 6 months from their most recent assessment date. Candidates unsuccessful at the SIM stage must wait 12 months before reapplication.
Applicants may only apply to one airline within the British Airways family (British Airways, Euroflyer, or Cityflyer) at a time. Failure in one campaign prevents reapplication to any of the three airlines within the British Airways family until the specified re-apply period has elapsed.
Successful candidates will enter a hold pool. Candidates in the hold pool will receive a maximum of two job offers. Declining the second job offer results in exiting the hold pool, requiring reapplication after 12 months and completion of the entire selection process again.
