Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidates will be assessed based on the following stringent criteria:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight experience is required.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: Applicants must possess a minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Type Rating: A valid type rating is mandatory for consideration.
- Specific Flight Time Requirements: A key requirement includes 1,000 hours of command time (factorised) on type or on a similarly sized and configured jet aircraft.
- Required License: An Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is essential.
- License Holder Acceptance: This position is open to holders of a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) license.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 medical certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.
