A320 Captain - SAS Connect (London Heathrow)

SAS Crew Services Ltd., an SAS Group company, is currently seeking experienced Captains to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet, based at London Heathrow (LHR). SAS is a forward-looking European airline currently expanding its network and fleet, providing opportunities for professional stability and career progression.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will operate the modern Airbus A320neo fleet across a comprehensive European network. SAS provides both permanent full-time and part-time contract options. Candidate Requirements

  • EASA ATPL Licence.
  • Minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on CS25 aircraft with MTOW > 30.0 tonnes.
  • Valid A320 type rating is preferable.
  • EASA Class One medical certificate.
  • ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency.
  • Clean safety record (no incidents or accidents).
  • Right to live and work in the UK is preferred.

Recruitment Process

The SAS selection process consists of the following phases:

  • CV Screening: Evaluation of qualifications, licenses, and experience.
  • Online Interview: Initial discussion with an airline recruiter.
  • Online Tests: Cognitive and personality assessments.
  • Assessment Day: Simulator evaluation and personal interview.
  • Final Checks: Comprehensive background screening, personal security interview, Right to Live and Work verification, and drug and alcohol testing.
