Breeze Airways is currently seeking "Seriously Nice" individuals to join the team as Part Time Flight Attendants based at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
As a highly visible representative of Breeze Airways, the Part Time Flight Attendant is primarily responsible for the safety and comfort of Guests and fellow Team Members. This role requires welcoming and accommodating Guests, effectively managing high-stress situations, collaborating and problem-solving with colleagues, exercising sound judgment, and consistently demonstrating kindness. Flight Attendants are expected to serve as the face of the Company, upholding Breeze's commitment to safety and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional Guest experience by warmly welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, luggage stowage, and providing requested information.
- Maintain a positive and kind demeanor, ensuring Guests feel valued and appreciated, acting with empathy and humanity.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all Guests and Team Members.
- Remain calm under pressure and effectively mitigate high-stress situations.
- Communicate effectively, collaborate respectfully, and work synergistically with other Team Members.
- Maintain approachability and accommodation by monitoring the cabin regularly.
- Exhibit flexibility and adapt to schedule changes resulting from operational, weather-related, or unforeseen delays.
- Stay current and compliant with all FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements.
- Demonstrate personal responsibility through punctuality, timeliness, and proactive behavior.
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette standards, both while in uniform and representing the company.
- Be willing to assist other departments as needed.
- Comfortably utilize, implement, and explain Breeze’s Inflight technology.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards, working efficiently in confined spaces.
- Provide clear instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to Guests.
- Administer first-aid and medical care if required during an emergency.
- Maintain control of personal and emotional responses, acting appropriately under high levels of stress.
- Conduct necessary security screenings.
- Complete mandatory Autism Awareness Training.
- Adhere to all FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Achieve performance measures and uphold established standards in alignment with Breeze Aviation Group Values.
Job Details:
- Part-Time position based at the RSW Crew Base.
- Monthly flight hour guarantee of 37.5 hours.
- Must reside within a two-hour driving distance from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
- Successful completion of an interview and selection process is required.
- Must successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training.
Compensation:
Pay rates for Flight Attendants are competitive within the industry. Rates are structured based on tenure:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
- Meet height requirements: able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance and possess adequate head clearance in the cabin.
- Ability to properly sit and buckle into the E190, E195, and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat harness and lap belt.
- Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and be capable of making a positive impression.
- Demonstrate a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Adhere to the highest possible hygiene standards as outlined by the CDC.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language; capability to communicate safety instructions effectively.
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests.
- Ability to successfully complete required security screening training.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
- Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
- Possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Possess the legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States.
- Hold a valid Passport with a minimum of six (6) months remaining prior to expiration at the time of application.
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Willingness to relocate based on the company’s operational needs if applicable.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Ability to report for work at the assigned base for scheduled trips.
- Ability to work "Reserve Assignments" at the assigned base.
- Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire for success.
- Adhere to specific company appearance guidelines regarding piercings (single 2mm or smaller silver, gold, or gemstone nose stud allowed; no hoops, no other facial piercings), teeth embellishments (none in uniform), and earrings (no more than two per ear in uniform). Tattoo visibility is permitted based on company guidelines provided during the selection process.
