Breeze Airways is seeking professional and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Full-Time Flight Attendants at our new Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) crew base. Monthly Minimum Guarantee: 70 hours.

Residency requirement: Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Training: Paid initial Flight Attendant training required.

Travel Benefits: Eligible for travel on the Breeze network after 30 days; travel benefits on other airlines available after six months.

Retirement: Eligible for 401K benefits after 90 days of employment.

Equipment: Initial issuance of uniform and luggage provided by the company.
Flight Attendant Pay Scale
1 month - 6 months: $25.00/hr | 6 months - 1 year: $27.00/hr | Year 2: $28.50/hr | Year 3: $30.00/hr | Year 4: $31.50/hr | Year 5: $33.00/hr | Year 6: $34.50/hr | Year 7: $36.00/hr | Year 8: $37.50/hr
Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the aircraft, including conducting security screenings and emergency procedures.

Deliver exceptional guest service, including seating assistance, meal and beverage service, and cabin monitoring.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cabin environment.

Handle high-stress situations with composure, utilizing effective de-escalation and problem-solving skills.

Administer first-aid and medical care during emergencies when required.

Maintain compliance with FAA, DOT, and company policies, including communication of safety instructions.

Exhibit flexibility regarding shift changes and operational requirements.
Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must possess a current passport with at least six months of validity remaining at time of application.

Legal right to work and travel unrestricted to/from the United States.

Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screening, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check, and comprehensive background check.

Physical requirements: Ability to reach overhead bins, clear jumpseat harnesses, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull beverage carts up to 60 lbs.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, including "Reserve Assignments."

Professional appearance: Adherence to specific guidelines regarding tattoos, piercings, and grooming is required.

Proficiency in English; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand instructions clearly.
