What do we need:

Amway Aviation is in need of a Flight Attendant for International and Domestic air travel. This individual, along with the rest of the Flight Crew, will ensure a safe and comfortable trip for passengers. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be part of the Flight Crew and be responsible for pre-flight, flight, and post-flight preparation for our passengers. What’s special about this role:

You will have a critical role in ensuring an excellent experience for our passengers. As an Amway Flight Attendant you will arrange for all food catering ensuring that food, beverages, and other amenities are on board and are in adequate supply; secure the cabin prior to take-off and landing; and coordinate/communicate with other flight crew members.

In addition, you will be responsible for all aspects of in-flight guest services such as: greeting passengers and assisting with personal belongings; assisting passengers with entering or disembarking the aircraft. With an emphasis on customer service, you will see to passenger’s requests for food and drinks; and prepare/present food and beverage options that are appealing and innovative.

Required qualifications:

  • Three or more years’ experience as a Corporate Cabin Safety Attendant or other direct customer service experience
  • Valid US Passport / Eligible for Passport
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
  • Must have completed or be able to successfully complete Aircraft FACTS training or similar Flight Safety training
  • Knowledge and experience with business aircraft high standards of service
  • Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • High School Diploma is required. A college degree is preferred.

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Proficiency in emergency medical, first aid and CPR
  • Knowledge of culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning to accommodate first-class service
