Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the paramount safety and comfort of all customers by consistently adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and established company procedures.
- Respond with leadership, composure, and expertise to a wide range of emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Uphold high standards of dependability and professionalism to facilitate on-time departures and ensure seamless flight operations.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in handling extended work hours and irregular schedules within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and performance standards, including maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to uniform guidelines.

- Provide exceptional in-flight service, including the service of meals and beverages, and the sale of onboard products.
- Manage a diverse array of customer interactions, both on and off the aircraft, with utmost professionalism and care.
- Operate effectively within diverse global environments, adapting to various climates and time zones.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience in relevant industries such as retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services.
- Physical attributes must permit safe aircraft operation, including the ability to sit in a jump seat with the harness fastened without modifications, and navigate cabin aisles, including operating emergency exits.
- Must possess a valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas, valid through at least December 31, 2026. Candidates with foreign passports must also hold all necessary documentation for legal work and travel within the U.S. and internationally.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States and the ability to travel without restriction to all states and countries served by American Airlines.
- Willingness to relocate based on the company's operational needs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Readiness to report for on-call (reserve) duty at the assigned base, which may continue for an undetermined duration.
- Ability to professionally represent the American Airlines brand while in uniform, with no visible tattoos, no more than one earring per ear, and no facial piercings.
