Since 1989, Amentum's expert instructors have trained over 25,000 student pilots, instilling in them the skills and knowledge necessary to operate the world's largest and most sophisticated helicopter fleet. From Apaches and Blackhawks to Chinooks, these graduates navigate demanding missions across the globe, relying on the foundation built during their time at Fort Novosel.
The selected candidates will guide aspiring pilots through a rigorous and comprehensive training program, encompassing aviation theory, simulator instruction, and culminating in actual flight training on the UH-72 platform. While military aviation experience or UH-72 qualification is not a prerequisite, a passion for teaching and a commitment to safety are paramount.
