Compensation & Benefits

This is a union-represented position with compensation governed by a collective bargaining agreement. The first-year step rate is $20.66 per contract. Total Rewards for Horizon Air employees include:

Important Regulatory Information

As a government contractor and due to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (49 CFR part 40), all applicants are advised that post-offer and/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted. Employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar are required to obtain and maintain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge from the airport authority. Failure to qualify for or maintain a SIDA badge will result in termination.
