Flight Attendant - Milwaukee, WI
Air Wisconsin is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Flight Attendants at our Milwaukee, WI (General Mitchell International Airport) base. As the sole Flight Attendant on each aircraft, the successful candidate will provide world-class customer service while ensuring the highest standards of safety for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming cabin environment and professionally addressing passenger requests.

Execute safety procedures, handle inflight emergencies, and maintain cabin security in strict accordance with standard emergency practices.

Perform all duties conducive to the safety and comfort of passengers aboard our aircraft.
Candidate Requirements

Age and Education:
Minimum 19 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Documentation:
Must possess a valid US Passport at the time of application, or a valid foreign passport with documentation permitting unlimited transit between international borders.

Work Eligibility:
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to transit across borders without restrictions.

Experience:
1-2 years of proven customer service experience.

Language Proficiency:
Must be able to read, write, and converse proficiently in English.

Physical Requirements:

Maximum height of 5'10" (70") without shoes.

Minimum reach of 68" above the ground.

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, and turn.

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.

Residency:
Must reside within two hours of the Milwaukee, WI domicile.

Training and Schedule:
Must be able to attend and pass a three-week, unpaid training class. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Personal Attributes:
Must be adaptable and capable of performing effectively under stressful conditions.

Screening:
Must successfully complete a 10-year background check, FBI fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening.
