Role Overview

The Cabin Crew member serves as a vital ambassador, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image through consistently elevated customer experiences. This role is centered on providing exceptional service to all passengers while ensuring their utmost safety and comfort throughout every phase of the flight journey. The ideal candidate maintains professional readiness and fitness to operate flights efficiently, adhering strictly to established performance metrics and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew member undertakes a range of critical responsibilities, including:

Operational Readiness: Ensuring punctual attendance, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, verifying personal fitness, and confirming all necessary legal requirements are met for assigned flights. Actively participating in pre-flight briefings to fully understand flight specifics, role assignments, target objectives, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety and Security: Delivering clear instructions to passengers regarding safety procedures, consistently prioritizing their safety and comfort. Proactively identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective measures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administering necessary first aid to passengers when required. Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.

Passenger Service: Warmly welcoming passengers and facilitating boarding processes. Recording necessary data accurately in the aircraft log book, following established airline and regulatory procedures. Providing continuous, high-quality customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifying and assisting passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties, in line with operational manuals and relevant instructions. Actively contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and participating in charitable programs by effectively promoting on-board products, meals, and services to achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensuring the proper and secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions related to sales and donations.

Aircraft Management and Reporting: Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to confirm adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items before departure. Reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Assisting in overseeing the comprehensive cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit locations and confirming sufficient re-catering and duty-free stock before subsequent flights. Ensuring an organized and complete handover or takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, or maintenance personnel. Completing post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per company policies, providing objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor's performance, reporting flight issues or discrepancies, and ensuring the proper closing and sealing of duty-free containers. Reporting on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor. Capable of performing Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.

Professional Development: Maintaining required professional and safety knowledge through consistent attendance at recurrent and emergency procedures training, participating in educational workshops, and ensuring current license validity. Contributing effectively to the team by achieving related results and meeting allocated sales targets and objectives.
