Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as Air Arabia's ambassador, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. They excel in providing exceptional customer service to all passengers, prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. This role demands readiness and fitness to ensure operational efficiency, adhering to established measures and the company's policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensures punctual attendance, maintains proper grooming, confirms personal fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand assigned roles, targets, security protocols, boarding procedures, and other pertinent information.
Safety Measures:
- Provides passengers with clear instructions on safety procedures, safeguarding their well-being at all times.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers as needed.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Warmly welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately recording relevant data in the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Consistently delivers outstanding customer service by addressing passengers' pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs.
- Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting in-flight meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reporting:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to confirm adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment before takeoff; reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assists in ensuring thorough cabin cleaning at transit stations and the provision of adequate re-catering and duty-free products before departure.
- Facilitates orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin between catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any problems or discrepancies encountered during the flight, and finalizing the sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and fulfills the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety expertise by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedure trainings, and educational workshops, while ensuring their license is up-to-date.
- Contributes to team efforts by achieving assigned results and sales targets.

- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are valued.
- Fit to fly, possessing good general health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is considered an advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is beneficial.
- Ability to work in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
