Air Arabia is conducting a recruitment drive in Georgia for Cabin Crew members. This position is exclusively for candidates available for assessments within Georgia.
The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. They are committed to enhancing the overall passenger experience by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The role demands readiness and fitness to operate, maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely attendance, appropriate grooming, fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights. The Cabin Crew member attends briefings to acknowledge flight specifics, role distributions, targets, and security protocols. They instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify and address safety and security risks in partnership with the Cabin Supervisor, administer first aid when necessary, and promptly report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
The Cabin Crew member welcomes passengers, assists with boarding formalities, and enters necessary data into the aircraft log. They provide consistent, superior customer service, attending to passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs, while also assisting passengers experiencing stress. They actively contribute to on-board revenue through efficient promotion of meals, products and charity programs and are responsible for secure handling of payments.
Pre-flight checks are conducted to confirm sufficient supplies and equipment, with any deficiencies reported. The Cabin Crew member assists in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations and ensures proper handover to relevant staff. Post-flight briefings are conducted as per established procedures, providing evaluations of Cabin Supervisors, reporting any flight discrepancies, and ensuring proper sealing of duty-free containers. The Cabin Crew member also accounts for passenger conduct and may perform Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. Continuous professional development is maintained through recurrent trainings, emergency procedure workshops, and ensuring a current license. The Cabin Crew member contributes to team objectives and allocated sales targets.
The ideal candidate must be between 20 and 33 years of age, with a minimum height of 160 cm for females and 168 cm for males, and weight proportionate to age and height. They should have clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos, and be medically and physically fit for Cabin Crew duties. The ability to swim with a flotation device is required.
A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is necessary for this role, with a diploma in Travel/Tourism considered advantageous. Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is preferred. Candidates must be in good general health, with no serious medical conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, as well as fluency in both written and spoken English.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in customer service within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is beneficial. An active cabin crew license is an advantage. The candidate must be able to work in shifts and for extended hours, demonstrating high flexibility, adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules, and a capacity to adhere to policies, procedures, and performance indicators.
