About The Role
Joining flydubai as Cabin Crew means becoming part of a dynamic and multicultural team. This role is integral to ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for the airline's diverse customer base.
Role Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is required.
- Must be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Must be confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Should be respectful, adaptable, and willing to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Demonstrates a strong safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
A training bond of USD 2,650 (approximately AED 9,700) is applicable for the first year.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary, Housing & Transportation Allowance: AED 8,275 per month.
- Variable Flying Pay: Approximately AED 4,500 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).
- Other Benefits: Includes Medical Insurance, End of service benefit, 30 days of paid leave per year, an Annual Leave Ticket, Concessional tickets for family and friends, and an Open-ended contract.

Information Security Requirements
The role requires reading and complying with the Company's ISR policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. All required ISR awareness sessions must be completed, and associated guidelines followed in day-to-day business operations.
