Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to join its cabin crew team. The successful candidate will serve as an Air Arabia ambassador, consistently striving to cultivate customer loyalty and uphold a positive corporate image by providing exceptional service throughout the entire flight cycle. This role demands a commitment to passenger safety and comfort while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
The Cabin Crew member will ensure punctual attendance, maintain impeccable grooming, and confirm personal fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights. Pre-flight briefings will be attended to ensure understanding of flight details, role assignments, targets, and security protocols.
This position requires proactively instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying potential safety and security risks, and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role includes administering first aid when necessary and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain).
Responsibilities include welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, accurately recording data in the aircraft logbook, and providing consistently exceptional customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. The Cabin Crew member will identify and assist stressed or distressed passengers according to established policies and procedures. Furthermore, this role contributes to maximizing onboard revenue and participation in the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting onboard meals, products, and charitable services, thereby achieving individual and team targets. Secure handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations is also required.
This position requires performing pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies, assisting in cabin cleaning and re-stocking at transit stations, and ensuring orderly handovers/takeovers with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports will be completed according to established policies and procedures, including objective evaluations, problem reporting, and secure closure of duty-free containers. The Cabin Crew member will also account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and, when designated by the Captain, will assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor. Continuous professional development is expected, including participation in recurrent training, emergency procedure training, educational workshops, and license maintenance. Finally, the successful candidate will contribute to team efforts and achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered advantageous. An active cabin crew license is a plus. The candidate must be capable of working shifts and extended hours, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and demanding schedules, and consistently deliver against company policies, procedures, and KPIs.
