Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:
- A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- A minimum height of 158 cm, in strict adherence to aviation safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Demonstrates a well-groomed and professional appearance, strictly adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards, with no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Must be in good health, capable of successfully passing a comprehensive aero-medical examination.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; command of additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Confidence in water is required, with the ability to swim confidently when wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts, is imperative.
- Exhibits an enthusiastic and proactive approach, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Minimum Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits
Flydubai offers a competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits designed to support its valued Cabin Crew members:
- Remuneration: An approximate monthly total of USD 2,252, comprising basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance. Additionally, variable flying pay averages approximately USD 1,200 per month, based on an average of 90 flying hours.
- Training Bond: A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 applies for the first year of employment.
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance, an end-of-service benefit, 30 days of paid annual leave, an annual leave ticket, and concessional tickets for family and friends. All positions are offered on an open-ended contract basis.
