About the Role
The Cabin Crew member is an integral part of a dynamic and multicultural team. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse customer base, upholding flydubai's standards of service and safety at all times.
Role Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai's grooming standards.
- Ensure no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Be confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a proactive approach, with a strong passion for delivering excellent service.
- Be respectful, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Maintain a safety-conscious attitude and possess the ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is necessary, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Pay & Benefits
- Estimated Monthly Remuneration: Approximately USD 2,252 (comprising Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, and Transportation Allowance).
- Estimated Variable Flying Pay: An additional average of approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

ISR REQUIREMENTS
The Cabin Crew member is expected to read and comply with the Company's Information Security Risk (ISR) policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. This role requires completion of all necessary ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
