About the Role:
The Cabin Crew is an integral part of a diverse and dynamic multicultural team dedicated to ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a varied customer base.
Role Requirements:
Prospective candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Maintain a minimum height of 158 cm, in strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Present a well-groomed and professional appearance, conforming to flydubai’s established grooming standards.
- Have no visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Possess a valid passport.
- Be in good health and capable of successfully passing an aero medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Be confident in water while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a proactive approach, coupled with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Be respectful, adaptable, and willing to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Maintain a strong safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. While international aviation experience is an advantage, candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond:
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 (AED 9,700) is applicable for the first year.
Pay & Benefits:
- Cabin Crew members receive a basic salary plus housing and transportation allowances, totaling AED 8,275.
- In addition, variable flying pay averages approximately AED 4,500 per month, based on an average of 90 flying hours.

ISR Requirements:
The role requires adherence to the Company's ISR policies. The employee must diligently read and comply with these policies, reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completion of all required ISR awareness sessions and following associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations is mandatory.
