The Role of Cabin Crew

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- A minimum height of 158 cm, in adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, strictly in line with flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is essential.
- Excellent health, with the ability to successfully pass an aero medical examination.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Confidence in water, including the ability to swim when wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness and flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A respectful and adaptable demeanor, comfortable working effectively within a multi-cultural team environment.

Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
- One year of experience in a customer service role is essential, ideally gained within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Prior international aviation experience is considered a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
Training Bond
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month.
- Variable flying pay, averaging approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

Information Security Requirements (ISR)
The successful candidate will be required to read and comply with the Company's Information Security Requirements (ISR) policies. This includes diligently reporting any identified weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team, completing all mandatory ISR awareness sessions, and adhering to associated guidelines in daily business operations.
