About The Role
As a member of flydubai's cabin crew team, the individual will join a dynamic and multicultural environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience tailored for the airline's diverse customer base.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai's grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is required.
- Must be in good health and capable of successfully passing an aero medical examination.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Must be confident in the water while wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- The role requires willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and proactive, demonstrating a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Must be respectful, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Possession of a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively is crucial.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- International aviation experience is an advantage.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
- Approximately USD 2,650 for the initial year of employment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Compensation: Approximately USD 2,252 (includes basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance).
- Variable Flying Pay: An average of approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

Information Security Requirements
The employee is expected to read and comply with the Company's Information Security (ISR) policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completion of all required ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in daily business operations are mandatory.
