About The Role
The Cabin Crew member plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers onboard flydubai aircraft. They are responsible for executing safety procedures, providing attentive customer service, and representing the airline's brand standards throughout the flight.
Role Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possesses a minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance, in line with company grooming standards.
- Has no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Possesses a valid passport.
- Is in good health, with the ability to pass an aero medical examination.
- Is fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Is confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Is willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and is proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Is respectful, adaptable, and willing to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Possesses a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
- Is willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is required, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totalling approximately USD 2,252.
- Variable flying pay, averaging approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

Information Security Requirements
The role requires reading and complying with the Company's ISR policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team, completing all required ISR awareness sessions, and following associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
