Job Summary
The Cabin Crew member serves as an essential ambassador, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image. This is achieved by consistently enhancing the passenger experience throughout the entire flight cycle. The role demands the provision of excellent customer service while rigorously ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. The Cabin Crew member must maintain operational readiness and fitness, ensuring productivity aligns with established standards and company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for a range of critical duties, including:

Safety and Security:
- Strictly adhering to attendance, grooming, and fitness standards, ensuring personal legality for all assigned flights.
- Actively participating in pre-flight briefings to review flight details, assigned roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Clearly instructing passengers on essential safety procedures to guarantee their safety and comfort.
- Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Providing necessary first aid assistance to passengers.
- Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain as required.

Customer Service and Experience:
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding formalities, including accurately entering necessary data into the aircraft log book in line with company and regulatory procedures.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service by addressing individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifying and providing appropriate assistance to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following guidelines detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Actively contributing to the maximization of on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of meals, products, and charity services, thereby contributing to individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card transactions related to sales and donations.

Operational Duties and Reporting:
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to verify the availability of supplies, emergency equipment, catering items, and other specified equipment before departure, and reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Assisting in ensuring the cleanliness of the aircraft cabin during transit stops and confirming adequate re-catering and duty-free stock is available before subsequent flights.
- Executing orderly and complete handovers or takeovers of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Performing post-flight briefings and completing assessment reports according to established policies and procedures, including objective evaluation, reporting discrepancies, and managing duty-free containers.
- Reporting on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and being prepared to assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining requisite professional knowledge, safety competence, and ensuring an active license through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and workshops.
- Contributing effectively to the team effort by achieving related results and meeting allocated sales targets and objectives.
Requirements

Physical & Medical:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
- Weight: Must be in proportion to Age and Height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Must be medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is required.
- Must be fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable. A Diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is considered an added value.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Experience:
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew in an airline is essential.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is beneficial.

Personal Attributes:
- Capable of working variable shift patterns and extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and demanding schedules.
- Proven ability to contribute effectively and meet established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
