Recruitment Day Information
Candidates are advised to review the essential requirements prior to attending a recruitment event, as compliance will be assessed during the selection process. Punctuality is paramount, and candidates should anticipate the event potentially extending until late afternoon. An updated English curriculum vitae (CV) with an identification photograph is mandatory. Attendance at any recruitment event is permissible, irrespective of the specific base for which an application is being made.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
- Prioritize and deliver exceptional safety and customer care standards.
- Execute all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and conduct cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Provide a warm welcome to passengers and offer assistance throughout their flight.

Essential Requirements for Applicants
- Possession of a valid passport with no restrictions (minimum validity of 6 months).
- Legally authorized to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, holding one of the following:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian passport holder with a valid PESEL number.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the selected base or willingness to relocate, and the ability to travel to work according to the schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription not exceeding +4 or below -4, as higher prescriptions may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
