Candidate Requirements (Mandatory Criteria)

Applicants must strictly meet the following mandatory criteria, compliance with which will be verified during the recruitment event:

• The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
• Possession of a valid passport is required, ensuring a minimum remaining validity of six months and no travel limitations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for effective communication.
• The ability to swim proficiently is essential for safety requirements.
• Candidates must possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A minimum educational attainment of a high school degree (or equivalent qualification) is required.
• Right to Work in Poland: Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted proofs include: EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian PESEL. (Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted).
• The candidate must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base and be prepared to make this journey upon work schedule requirements.
• Visible tattoos or piercings are strictly prohibited when wearing the company uniform.
• The candidate should demonstrate an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality, thriving in environments that involve working closely with people.
• Medical Note: If the candidate's optical prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
