The Cabin Crew Role

Working as a Flight Attendant, the candidate is expected to be a key ambassador for the airline, focusing equally on operational duties and passenger experience. The role is challenging yet highly rewarding, integrating safety and service seamlessly.

  • Prioritizing and executing all safety and security protocols onboard and on the ground in strict compliance with the Company’s established policies.

  • Performing necessary duties on board and on the ground efficiently and professionally.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew Specialist position:

  • The candidate must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity remaining.
  • Demonstrated fluency (written and spoken) in the English language.
  • Possession of a high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes (checked during the recruitment process).
  • Must possess strong swimming ability.
  • The candidate must reside within, or be prepared to relocate to, an area within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Katowice), ensuring readiness for the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted on parts of the body when wearing the official company uniform.
  • The candidate must be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working actively with people.
  • Legal Eligibility to Work in Poland Without Employer Sponsorship: Applicants must provide evidence of the right to work in Poland, strictly limited to an EU Residence Card, an EU Passport, or a Ukrainian national with a valid PESEL number. (Please note: Work, Student, or any other temporary residence permits are not accepted.)

Mandatory Medical Examination Note: Candidates using corrective lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are strongly advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
