Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver outstanding service and ensure passenger safety by performing the following duties:
- Focus diligently on both aviation safety protocols and exceptional customer care standards.
- Execute required duties, both on board and on the ground, in strict compliance with the Company’s operational policies and procedures.
- Professionally manage in-flight sales transactions, including accurate cash handling and commercial administration.
- Warmly welcome passengers and provide comprehensive assistance throughout the duration of the flight.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet all of the following essential criteria:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity of six (6) months and no existing travel limitations.
- Demonstrated right to work in Poland without requirement for employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian passport holder with PESEL status
(Note: Other permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted.)
- Successful completion of a high school degree or equivalent secondary education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who excels at working with diverse groups of people.
- Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the designated Katowice Base, ready to commute according to the work schedule.
- No tattoos or piercings permitted on body parts that are visible when wearing the standard uniform.
Medical Note: Candidates who require glasses or contact lenses should be advised that prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may result in failure of the mandatory aviation medical examination.
