Recruitment Day Information

- Attendance at any recruitment event is permitted, regardless of the intended base location.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
- Prioritize both safety and exceptional customer care during all flight operations.
- Execute onboard and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and conduct cash handling procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and attentive experience for passengers throughout the flight.
- Uphold company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity and no limitations.
- Have the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Residence Card, EU Passport, Ukrainian passport with PESEL). Other residence permits, such as work or student permits, are not accepted.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute radius of the designated base and be prepared for commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Note: Individuals with spectacle or contact lens prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
