The Role: Working as a Flight Attendant

Essential Candidate Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew position:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months, without limitations.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes (an arm reach measurement).
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be fluent (both written and spoken) in the English language.
- Must possess the right to live and work in the country of the applied base (Poland).
- Must hold the right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizenship with valid PESEL registration
- Must be able to swim.
- Must reside within or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Visible tattoos and/or piercings are not permitted when wearing the official uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic, service-oriented individual who enjoys working with the public.
Medical Note: Candidates using glasses or contact lenses whose prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
