Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group

The Role

Successful candidates will be required to maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service. As a safety-critical role, applicants must be prepared to operate a demanding, rotating shift pattern, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late finishes up to midnight. The role requires a dedicated, professional approach to delivering a superior passenger experience.

Training and Career Progression

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course, which provides all essential safety and service certifications. Training includes regular assessments and concludes with supernumerary flights. Upon graduation, crew members are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group promotes from within, offering long-term career pathways to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and beyond.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for travel.
  • Adaptability to a demanding shift roster.
