Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant

The successful Cabin Crew member will execute all aspects of onboard service while maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring meticulous adherence to all aviation safety procedures and company operational policies while performing both ground and onboard duties.
  • Delivering superior customer service by warmly greeting passengers and assisting them efficiently throughout the flight experience.
  • Managing in-flight commercial activities, including sales and precise cash handling.
  • Acting in alignment with core corporate values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Serving as a highly professional representative within a global family of aviation enthusiasts.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew applicants must satisfy the following strict criteria:

  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months remaining.
  • Legal right to work in Poland without the necessity of employer sponsorship. Acceptable documentation includes:
    • An EU Residence Card.
    • An EU Passport.
    • Ukrainian national status with a valid PESEL identification number.
    (Note: Any other residence permit, such as a work or student visa, is not accepted for this position.)
  • Minimum age of 18 years or over.
  • Physical capability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Competence in swimming.
  • Enthusiastic and professional disposition, particularly for working in a customer-facing, people-centric environment.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the assigned base and to maintain this journey time relative to the work schedule.
  • Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official airline uniform.

A medical note is provided: Candidates whose vision correction prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 may not successfully pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
