Recruitment Day Information
- Please review the requirements below, as they will be assessed during the recruitment event.
- Punctuality is essential. Please arrive on time, as the assessment process may extend until late afternoon.
- Candidates are required to bring an updated English CV with an ID photograph.
- Attendance at any recruitment event is permitted, irrespective of the base for which the application is being made.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
- Prioritize and ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage in-flight sales, including cash handling.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful service to passengers throughout their journey.
- Uphold Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become an integral part of a vibrant community of over 5,000 aviation professionals.
Essential Requirements for Candidates
- Possession of a valid passport with no restrictions, valid for a minimum of six months.
- Legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. This includes:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizenship with a PESEL number
Note: Other residence permits such as Work or Student permits are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base or willingness to relocate, and the ability to travel to work according to the schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- A naturally enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Please be aware that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4, you may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
