Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates interested in the Cabin Crew position must satisfy the following critical prerequisites. Compliance will be rigorously verified during the selection process:
- The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport with a minimum validity of six months.
- Authorization to legally work in Georgia without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Attainment of a High School diploma or equivalent educational certification.
- Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Ability to perform an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- The candidate must possess fundamental swimming capability.
- The candidate must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the designated Kutaisi base and be prepared to make this journey efficiently according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on any body parts while wearing the standard uniform.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for working collaboratively with the public.
