Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years old.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of college preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, education, aviation).

Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Second language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog) is highly desirable.

Documentation: Must possess a valid, good-condition passport book with at least 12 months of validity remaining and two consecutive blank pages.

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel globally without restrictions.

Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a functional reach assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal), lift heavy objects, push/pull carts up to 250 lbs, and sit in an assigned jump seat.

Health/Safety: Must pass a 10-year criminal background check, DOT/FAA drug screening, and meet FAA hearing and vision requirements.

Grooming: Adherence to professional appearance standards regarding uniforms, hair, and tattoos. Tattoos must not be visible on the head, neck, hands, or fingers.
Training and Onboarding
Selected candidates will undergo 6.5 weeks of industry-leading training in Houston, TX, covering safety and service standards. During training, a $140/week stipend, dual-occupancy lodging, and two meals per day are provided. Upon successful completion and base orientation, graduates receive a $1,000 bonus.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly flight pay: $37.10/hour, scaling to $100.13/hour by 2030.
