We are seeking “Seriously Nice” Part-Time Flight Attendants for our BDL Crew Base to represent our brand, ensure guest safety, and provide exceptional service.
Position Overview

Location:
Bradley International Airport (BDL) – Must live within a two-hour driving distance.

Schedule:
Part-Time with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours.

Commitment:
Candidates must be available to attend initial Flight Attendant training within the next three (3) months without interruption.

Manage inflight technology, provide food/beverage service, and maintain cabin cleanliness.

Remain flexible regarding schedule changes due to operational or weather-related factors.

Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and ongoing training requirements.
Compensation (Pay Rates)

1 month - 6 months: $25.00/hr

6 months - 1 year: $27.00/hr

Year 2: $28.50/hr

Year 3: $30.00/hr

Year 4: $31.50/hr

Year 5: $33.00/hr
-
Year 6: $34.50/hr

Year 7: $36.00/hr

Year 8: $37.50/hr
Minimum Qualifications
-
Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must possess a valid Passport with at least six (6) months remaining until expiration.

Ability to perform all physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, reaching, and operating emergency equipment).

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Ability to sit and buckle into a jumpseat harness.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA-required background check.

Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands
Candidates must be capable of performing the following duties in a pressurized cabin environment:

Pushing/pulling catering carts (up to 60 lbs) and operating aircraft doors (up to 90 lbs).

Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
-
Opening/closing overhead bins (up to 50 lbs of force).
-
Standing and moving through aisles for extended periods during turbulence.

Assisting passengers into/out of inflight wheelchairs.
