About the Role

Prepare and stock aircraft inventory prior to departure.

Verify the presence of all emergency equipment onboard.

Coordinate catering details and menu planning with the sales team.

Conduct in-flight meal and beverage service.

Ensure cabin safety during medical or aircraft emergencies.

Represent the company positively and professionally.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of aircraft interiors and galleys to prospective clients.

Oversee post-flight aircraft cleaning and replenishment of supplies.

Provide detailed feedback on cabin discrepancies to the PIC, maintenance, and supervisor.

Assist with the acceptance of new demonstrator aircraft from the completion center.

Support specification and design teams on cabin reliability and upgrade requirements.

Assist with passenger travel arrangements and trip activities.

Maintain catering and customer trip files.

Attend professional meetings and conferences as directed.

Train contract employees when required.

Perform collateral duties as assigned.
Requirements

High School graduate or G.E.D.

Completion of initial aviation safety and emergency training, including CPR certification.

Professional and neat appearance.

Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate effectively with sales personnel as a team member.
Qualifications

Good Microsoft Office skills are desired.

Culinary training is beneficial.
