Responsible Cabin Manager (RCM)
. This full-time, permanent position involves leading cabin operations across the airline's short-, medium-, and long-haul fleet, ensuring exceptional service and safety for guests. The role offers comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth within the Lufthansa Group.

Comprehensive training as a Responsible Cabin Manager (RCM) with Discover Airlines, including specific training for our short-, medium-, and long-haul fleet.

Permanent, full-time employment contract from the start of training within a growing Lufthansa Group company.

Competitive basic salary according to collective bargaining agreement (full-time, including 75 block hours and 16.3% tax-free allowance):

Starting salary at CM Level 1: €3,031.88 gross per month.

Upon successful completion of RCM training: €4,062.63 gross per month.

Requirements

Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with Part CC regulations.

Minimum of three years of flight experience as a Cabin Crew Member or Senior Cabin Crew Member within the last five years.

Completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or equivalent/higher qualification).
-
Professional experience in the hotel/hospitality or medical sector is advantageous.

Fluent spoken and written German and English language skills; additional language skills are advantageous.

Ability to swim competently.

Valid, unrestricted passport.

Willingness to undergo yellow fever vaccination.

Ability to reach the assigned base within 90 minutes when on standby.
