Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines operating as Delta Connection, seeks an Operational/PBS SAFA to support Flight Attendants with operational performance and Personal Selection Bidding (PBS). This role, based in Minneapolis, MN, involves assisting Flight Attendants with various operational tasks and bidding processes, contributing to the airline's commitment to safety, excellence, and teamwork across its network of regional jet operations.
About the Role
The Operational/PBS SAFA serves as a key support to Flight Attendants, enhancing operational efficiency and providing specialized assistance with the PBS bidding system. This position contributes to achieving departmental goals and initiatives through real-time problem-solving and expert guidance on bidding strategies.
Responsibilities

Compile, report, and trend concourse activity.

Assist Flight Attendants with on-time departures and real-time problem resolution.

Guide Flight Attendants through PBS bid options, scoring, point values, and bid package reviews.

Provide support for online account access, SkyPro, and website-related inquiries.

Support base events, initiatives, and goals.

Develop subject matter expertise in relevant operational areas.

Complete additional duties as assigned by Inflight Base Management.
Requirements

Must be an active Flight Attendant with a minimum of 9 months of active service with Endeavor Air.

May not hold other SAFA positions concurrently.

Must reside within the domicile they are assigned to work.

Must have no active disciplinary actions on file.

Must demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and organization.

Must be available for initial and annual recurrent PBS training.

Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency with SkyPro and general technology.

Must be available to work varying hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must adhere to Flight Attendant uniform policy.

May be required to fly to support operational integrity.
Qualifications

Completion of initial and annual recurrent PBS training with Crew Planning in MSP.
