Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are seeking dedicated individuals to join their teams as Flight Attendants. Key Responsibilities

Uphold all safety regulations and ensure the proper functioning of safety equipment.

Conduct emergency procedures as required and calmly manage passenger situations.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing onboard duties.

Provide exceptional and inclusive service, demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Focus on safe and on-time performance, utilizing mobile devices for service and guest recognition.

Act as a brand ambassador at all times, representing the airline with professionalism.

Willing and able to serve alcohol.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or community service experience.
-
Ability to reach 82 vertical inches without shoes.

Comfortable with water-based emergency training.

Ability to properly secure oneself in a jump seat and move expeditiously through the cabin.

Ability to work in environments with varying climatic conditions, gravitational loads, and cabin pressurization.

Ability to stand for extended periods (4-17 hours) and perform tasks such as stooping, twisting, and pulling/pushing equipment.

Ability to lift 35lbs.

Possess basic technology skills for mobile device navigation.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and varied schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be a U.S. citizen or registered alien with legal right to work in the U.S.

Possess a current U.S. passport or appropriate travel documents with at least six months of validity remaining.

Must be 21 years old at the time of application.

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ability to complete pre-employment requirements, including drug test and background check.

Current employees must be in good standing and have at least 1 year in their current role.
Additional Requirements for Hawaiian Airlines

Ability to attend an FAA-approved, unpaid 8-week intensive training in Honolulu.

Must meet Hawaiian Flight Attendant uniform and appearance standards.

Ability to relocate and/or work from current or future Hawaiian flight attendant bases (Honolulu HI, Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA).

Complete and pass a tuberculosis (TB) test.
Additional Requirements for Alaska Airlines

Ability to attend an FAA-approved, unpaid 6-week intensive training in Seattle.

Must meet Alaska's uniform and appearance standards.

Ability to relocate and/or work from current or future Alaska flight attendant bases (Los Angeles CA, Portland OR, Seattle WA, San Diego CA, Anchorage AK, San Francisco CA).
