Flight Attendant – Cabin Crew (Atlas Air Charter Operations)

Flight Services International (FSI) is currently accepting applications for its 2026 Flight Attendant hiring classes. Based in Houston, TX, and Miami, FL, successful candidates will serve as Cabin Crew on Atlas Air, Inc. charter passenger flights. FSI is seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to operate domestic and international flights, including routes to Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of guests on every flight. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, physical stamina, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules. Prior experience as a Flight Attendant is not required.

Core Accountabilities

  • Prioritize passenger safety and comfort at all times.
  • Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability by reporting for duty as scheduled.
  • Maintain technical competence, performing all functions in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-flight duties, including guest boarding assistance and safety/emergency exit briefings.
  • Execute in-flight service responsibilities, including meal and beverage service, while providing high-quality care and hospitality.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age at the time of application.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fluent in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
  • Successfully complete the In-Flight Training Program, including Initial Training and Annual Continuing Education.
  • Vision corrected to 20/20.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to relocate to Miami, FL (MIA).
  • Ability to operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to above shoulders and push beverage carts weighing 250 lbs or more.
  • Ability to reach overhead 70 inches without shoes (subject to specific aircraft specifications).
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods with limited rest.
  • Availability to be away from home for up to 21 consecutive days and work weekends and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid passport and the ability to travel without restriction to all required international destinations.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary visas, permits, and immunizations required for global operations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check.
