Role Summary
The Senior Flight Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and service excellence of passengers throughout their flight experience. Reporting directly to the Flight Operations Manager, this leadership position requires the incumbent to guide the cabin crew while maintaining rigorous safety and customer service standards. The Senior Flight Attendant contributes to smooth and efficient flight operations by fostering a professional and cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure passenger well-being; conduct pre-flight safety equipment checks; deliver safety briefings; respond to emergencies in coordination with the Pilot in Command (PIC); execute emergency procedures; and participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).

In-Flight Service Excellence:
Deliver high-quality food and beverage service; plan menus and coordinate catering; oversee food presentation while adhering to safety standards; and provide personalized, first-class service from boarding through arrival.

Cabin Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cabin, galley, and baggage area; ensure the aircraft is properly provisioned; and review flight requirements from pilot briefings to support operational efficiency.

Additional Duties:
Perform tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or the Manager of Passenger Services.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Flight Attendant.

Current certification from an approved Flight Attendant Training organization.

Expertise in culinary arts, menu planning for VIP/corporate passengers, and beverage/wine knowledge.

Strong familiarity with aircraft safety procedures and cabin operations.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Experience on the same or larger aircraft type is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, aviation management, or a related field.

Strong team-building capabilities and commitment to passenger satisfaction.

Proven ability to remain calm, decisive, and detail-oriented under pressure.
