Overview
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated, full-time Flight Attendant to support operations based in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will serve as a flexible team player committed to delivering superior, around-the-clock service. This role requires a strong passion for the culinary arts, with advanced culinary training strongly preferred. The incumbent will provide exceptional personal services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-level client service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.

Direct and assist passengers during emergency situations.

Administer first aid, CPR, and AED; secure the cabin in compliance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.

Conduct preflight briefings and ensure all supplies (food, beverages, emergency equipment, etc.) are sufficient for the trip.

Execute passenger-requested shopping for flight provisions.

Perform detailed cabin, galley, and lavatory cleaning and stocking after every leg.

Complete comprehensive preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.

Operate aircraft cabin management, audio, and video systems.
Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Training:
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and First Aid certification required. Formal training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred (within the last 12 months is highly desirable). Candidates without prior flight attendant training may be considered provided they complete initial training prior to assignment.

Culinary:
Demonstrated culinary skills and formal culinary training.

Technical:
Technologically proficient with the ability to operate all cabin features, including divan configuration and galley equipment.

Flexibility:
Ability to manage rapidly changing schedules, work late nights, and respond to standby requirements within 2–3 hours.

Travel:
Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide and capacity to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. A college degree and fluency in one or more foreign languages are preferred. Experience with small children is considered an asset.
Physical Requirements

Vision correctable to 20/20.

Capacity to stand/walk for up to 14 hours; ability to work in various climates.

Must be able to maneuver in tight aircraft confinements, including kneeling in luggage compartments.

Physical strength required to operate the main cabin door (up to 130 lbs) and repeatedly lift/carry supplies (25–30 lbs) from floor to waist height.
Compensation and Benefits
