Role Overview

HP Inc. is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant to join the Corporate Aviation department. This role is responsible for delivering a safe, discreet, and world-class onboard experience for HP executives, employees, and guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence within a fast-paced, dynamic corporate aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure passenger safety in accordance with FAA regulations. Conduct pre-flight briefings, maintain emergency equipment, and manage safety documentation while responding effectively to unexpected situations.
  • Cabin Operations: Prepare aircraft cabins to high standards of cleanliness and organization. Manage inventory and coordinate catering to meet specific dietary requirements and passenger preferences.
  • Passenger Experience: Deliver personalized, high-touch service to executives and guests. Maintain total discretion, handle confidential information with integrity, and anticipate passenger needs.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support to facilitate efficient operations and flight turnarounds.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate flight logs, catering records, and inventory data; assist with trip planning and international travel requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant (Corporate or Private Aviation experience preferred).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality standards.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience in corporate or private aviation environments.
  • Culinary training or advanced food and beverage service expertise.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with international travel protocols and customs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $210,000 – $225,000 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses and/or equity. Compensation is commensurate with location, experience, and skills.
