Flight Attendant
HP Inc. is seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Flight Attendant for its Corporate Aviation department based in Palo Alto, CA. About the Role
This position involves delivering exceptional passenger service and ensuring safety and compliance onboard corporate aircraft. Responsibilities include preparing the cabin, managing catering, anticipating passenger needs, and collaborating with flight operations teams. The role demands discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle non-routine situations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and maintain cabin readiness.

Prepare and maintain cabin cleanliness and organization.

Manage inventory, catering, and onboard supplies, coordinating orders with dietary needs.

Deliver personalized service to passengers with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with pilots, schedulers, and ground support teams.

Maintain accurate flight records and assist with trip planning.
Requirements

FAA Flight Attendant Certification (or ability to obtain).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, with corporate or private aviation experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures and hospitality service standards.

Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corporate or private aviation environments.

Culinary training or advanced knowledge of food and beverage service.

CPR/First Aid certification.
