Role Overview
Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join its award-winning cabin crew team. Flight attendants are key to providing exceptional customer care and maintaining safety standards on board, working alongside a growing professional community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and manage cabin safety and passenger customer care.

Execute onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with corporate policies.

Manage in-flight retail sales and handle cash transactions.

Provide a warm, welcoming environment for passengers and assist them throughout the flight.

Represent and act in alignment with corporate values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have a minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Possession of a high school diploma.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.

A valid passport without restrictions (with a minimum of 6 months' validity remaining) and the legal right to work in the country of application.

Ability to swim without assistance.

Must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the selected base, and be ready to commute within this timeframe according to the work roster.

No visible tattoos or body piercings when wearing the standard cabin crew uniform.

An enthusiastic, people-oriented personality.

Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses must have a prescription within the range of -4 to +4 diopters to meet the mandatory medical examination requirements.

This recruitment event is open to candidates applying for any base under Wizz Air Malta. Candidates wishing to apply for bases in other parts of the network must attend a local recruitment event in those respective regions.
